Modifying Basic Information
In the [Basic Information] section, you can modify your name, timezone, and language.
Managing Notification Email
Verifying Notification Email
When you verify your notification email, you can receive notifications sent from SpaceONE at that email address.
Changing Notification Email
To change your notification email, click the [Change] button and enter a new email address.
A separate verification process is required for the change.
Setting Up Multi-Factor Authentication
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) is a feature that sets up additional authentication methods to enhance account security.
SpaceONE supports two methods: Microsoft Authenticator App and Email.
Microsoft Authenticator App Method
Activate the toggle button to start setting up Microsoft Authenticator App.
Scan the displayed QR code with your mobile app or directly enter the provided key, then enter the authentication code.
Email Method
Activate the toggle button to start setting up Email authentication.
An authentication code will be sent to the designated email address. Enter the authentication code received in that email.
