SpaceONE’s Home is a dashboard designed to help users quickly grasp their current status and key information, and provide quick access to frequently used resources and services.

Home Screen Layout

Bookmarks

An area where you can save and quickly access frequently used external links.

• Shared Bookmarks: Bookmarks shared with all users. Can be added or modified by Workspace Owner.
• My Bookmarks: Bookmarks for personal use

Recent Visits

Displays pages or menus recently visited by the user.

Favorites

Displays menus or resources marked as favorites by the user.

Resource Status

Summarizes the status of resources registered in the current workspace by provider or cloud service.

Account Status

Displays the active status of service accounts and the ratio of service accounts by project.

Cost Status

Displays the previous month and current month costs for the workspace. You can navigate to the [Cost Analysis] page and [Cost Report] page through the links below.

Privacy Policy

You can find the Privacy Policy button at the bottom footer (FNB) of every page in workspace mode.
Click the button to view the currently In Effect privacy policy in a modal.

• Version Selection: The dropdown only shows In Effect and Expired versions. (Drafts are excluded)
• Table of Contents Navigation: For policies with auto-index enabled, clicking an item scrolls to the corresponding section.
