Share Dashboard
Dashboard sharing is a feature that allows users to set up collaboration or share information with other users through their created dashboards.
Only Admin and Workspace Owner roles can share dashboards, and sharing options and scope vary according to roles.
Sharing Availability and Scope by Role

Dashboard Sharing Rules
Sharing Dashboard Folders
- When a dashboard is included in a folder, the entire folder is shared.
- All dashboards within the shared folder are shared together.
Sharing Individual Dashboards
- When a dashboard is not in a folder, only that dashboard is shared.
How to Share Dashboards
You can share or unshare dashboards by clicking the [Share Dashboard] button on either the dashboard main page or dashboard detail page.
