Dashboard Folders

Dashboard folders are tools for systematically organizing and managing dashboards. Using folders helps maintain efficient organization between dashboards and set appropriate access permissions for users. Folder access permissions work the same way as dashboard access permissions.

Folder Creation and Access by Role

Folder access permissions are identical to dashboard access permissions.

Creating Folders

Create Folder

You can create a folder by clicking the [+ New Folder] button in the top right of the dashboard main page.

Set Folder Name and Visibility

Workspace Owners can set the folder’s visibility.

Modifying and Deleting Folder Names

If you have management permissions for a folder, you can modify or delete the folder name.

Moving Folders

Dashboards can be assigned to or moved between folders using the [Move] button. The conditions for moving folders are as follows:

  • Shared Dashboards: Can only be moved to shared folders
  • Private Dashboards: Can only be moved to private folders

Select the dashboard to move and click the [Move] icon button

Select the destination folder

Complete the move

Sharing Folders

Folder sharing is a feature that shares all dashboards included in the folder together.

Select the folder to share and click the [Share] icon button

Click the [Confirm] button in the modal window
