Cloud Service Resource Details

When you select an item from the cloud resource list, you can view information about that resource in the section below.

Cloud Resource Details

Detailed information about the selected resource is shown, divided into Basic Tabs and Additional Information Tabs.

  • Basic Tabs: These are provided by default in cloud resource details, including [Basic Information] and [Raw Data] tabs.
  • Additional Information Tabs: All tabs except the basic tabs (e.g., File Systems, Mount Targets) are determined by the collector plugin that gathered the resource.

Cloud Resource Tags

Cloud resources have two types of tags: Managed tags and Custom tags.
You can view Managed tags imported from the provider for each cloud resource, and manage additional Custom tags separately.

Tags are structured in a key: value format and can be useful when searching for resources.

Managed Tags

Managed tags cannot be modified or deleted directly in SpaceONE.

Custom Tags

Adding Custom Tags

(1) Click the [Edit Custom Tags] button.

(2) Enter tags in key: value format on the custom tag edit page and click the [Save] button to complete.

Associated Members for Cloud Resources

The [Associated Members] tab shows user information that meets the following conditions:

Cloud Resource Change History

The [Change History] tab shows changes by date/time for the selected cloud resource.

View Change History

You can view detailed history by selecting a specific date or searching for specific details.

View Detailed Change History

When you click on a specific key value or the entire time range, you can view detailed change history.

Change History

You can view detailed history of which Key values have been updated in the resource.

Logs

Supports detailed logs for each provider, such as AWS CloudTrail, to view what specific event occurred within the selected time range. This allows you to identify which user changed the specific resource.

Click on the key of the value you want to view to view detailed logs.

Note

By adding/managing notes on the selected time, you can freely manage corporate workflow such as who is responsible for the change and how to resolve the issue.

Cloud Resource Monitoring Information

The [Monitoring] tab shows various metrics for the cloud resource.

You can view metrics for other criteria by changing the [Time Range] filter or selecting different statistics from the [Statistics] drop-down.

When you select multiple resources from the left check box in the cloud resource list, you can compare metrics for multiple resources.

Cloud Resource Logs

The [Logs] tab shows event logs related to the selected cloud resource.
Event logs are useful for tracking various operations and changes in the cloud service.

Cloud Resource Alerts

The [Alerts] tab shows alerts and notifications related to the cloud resource.
Alerts are automatically generated when a pre-defined condition is met, and are useful for quickly identifying issues that require immediate attention.

  • Status Filtering: You can filter alerts by status such as Open, Created, Verified, Completed, Excluded, etc.
  • Search Function: You can search for alerts using specific keywords or Title, Label, etc.

Cloud Resource Tickets

The [Tickets] tab shows tickets related to the cloud resource.
