Create and View Alerts

Alerts are features that detect and notify users of events occurring in the system in real-time.
This allows operators to quickly recognize and respond to incident situations.

Creating Alerts

While alerts are automatically generated according to configured webhooks or event rules, they can also be created manually when needed.

Click the [+ Create] button in the alerts list screen, then enter the information for the alert you want to create manually.

  • Alert Name
  • Urgency: Select the urgency level of the alert. (Choose between High and Low)
  • Service: Select the alert service to which this alert will belong.
  • Description (Optional): You can enter additional details about the alert.

Viewing and Modifying Alerts

You can check and modify detailed information by clicking on the desired alert in the alerts list screen.

Alert Basic Information

Status

Indicates the current status of the alert. Alerts can have states of Created, Acknowledged, or Resolved, which can be modified directly.

Urgency

You can set the severity of the alert as either High or Low to determine response priority.

Escalation Policy

Shows the escalation policy applied to the alert, which sets up automatic notifications and response processes.

Duration

Displays the time elapsed since the alert was created.

Alert Details

You can check the rule that triggered the alert, detailed description, and severity.
You can directly modify the [Description] field of the alert if needed.

Timeline

You can check the status changes of the alert in chronological order.


By clicking the links at the bottom of each timeline, you can check the notification history sent to the notification channels connected to the alert.

Notes

Users can add custom memos.
