Create Alert Service
By creating an alert service, you can monitor events occurring in the system and receive notifications.
This document explains how to create a new alert service.
Navigate to Alert Service Creation Page
Click the [Create] button in the top right of the alert service page to move to the creation page.
Enter Basic Information
Enter the basic information for the new alert service.
- Name: Enter a name to identify the alert service.
- Key: Enter an identifier to be used by the system.
- Members (Optional): You can specify members associated with the alert service.
- Description (Optional): You can enter a description for the alert service.
Click the [Create] button after completing the input.
Configure Webhook
Set up a webhook to receive events from external monitoring services.
Select the webhook to connect, then click the [Select] button to proceed to the next step.
Confirm the webhook name and version, then click the [Create] button.
Once the webhook is created, a webhook URL will be provided. You can copy this URL to configure it in external services.
Configure Notifications
Set up channels to receive notifications when alerts occur.
Select the notification channel you want to use and click the [Select] button.
Enter the details for the selected channel, set the notification schedule, and click the [Configure] button.
Verify Created Alert Service
You can check the configured information (notification policies, auto-recovery, event rules, etc.) on the detail page of the newly created alert service.
