Data Source Management

You can manage data sources registered across all workspaces on the [Cost Management > Data Sources] page.

Check Specific Data Source Information

Select a specific data source from the data source list.

You can check the basic information of the registered data source.

Connected Accounts

Workspaces are automatically mapped to data sources, and this mapping can be modified.
In the [Connected Accounts] tab, you can check, reset, or modify the workspaces connected to that account.

  • Reset Connected Workspaces
  • Modify Connected Workspaces

Data Collection History

This tab shows the history of collection tasks performed by the data source.
You can use filters to view tasks with specific statuses (e.g., Success, Failed, etc.), making it easy to identify and manage issues that occurred during data collection.


You can also immediately synchronize data collected from the data source using the [Sync] button.

Access Permission

In this tab, you can set the types of data accessible in specific user modes.

Cost (Actual Usage) and Usage are commonly set for all domains, while other data types are set for each domain.

  • Cost (Actual Usage): Allows users to view actual cost data.
  • Usage: Enables querying of cloud resource usage data.

You can enable or disable access to specific data types using the toggle switch for each item. This setting allows for detailed management of user data access permissions.
